KMHD’s leading supporters provide generous contributions that help make Jazz Without Boundaries available to everyone, free of charge. In recognition for their philanthropic leadership, we invite donors who give at least $100 monthly — or $1,200 annually —to join The Green Room.

KMHD’s Green Room serves as a gathering space for individuals and groups who are vital to the health of Portland’s music community and KMHD. This includes Donors like you, Artists who contribute their art, vision, and presence to the community, and Creative Leaders who cultivate community and connect audiences.

The Green Room is a first-of-its-kind model that provides opportunities for its members to gather for unique experiences and connect more deeply with the station, the music, and the community that makes it all possible.

These membership tiers recognize donors who give at different levels:

  • Member: give $1,200 annually and receive invitations to small gatherings throughout the year with performances, conversations, and listening sessions designed to celebrate jazz and the people who make it thrive.
  • Marquee Member: give $5,000 annually and receive all Member benefits and invitations to additional small gatherings where you can connect directly with KHMD staff.
  • Vanguard Member: give $10,000 annually and receive all Marquee benefits and have an opportunity for on-air recognition throughout the year.
